Coastal Castle RV Lot Rentals Return and Refund Policy
At Coastal Castle RV Lot Rentals, we strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we've created the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure a clear and fair process.
Reservation Policy

Full Payment is required to secure your RV lot rental.

Reservations can be made via phone or email at info@coastalcastlervlotrentals.com.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days before your check-in will be refunded 50% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes (date, lot type) may be requested up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Subject to availability.

Any changes made within 72 hours of your check-in may incur additional fees based on availability.
No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the cancellation request is processed.

Refunds for charges related to damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the original payment if applicable.
Exceptions

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Coastal Castle RV Lot Rentals.
