Coastal Castle RV Lot Rentals Return and Refund Policy

At Coastal Castle RV Lot Rentals, we strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we've created the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure a clear and fair process.

Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before your check-in will be refunded 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Reservations

  • Reservation changes (date, lot type) may be requested up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Subject to availability.

  • Any changes made within 72 hours of your check-in may incur additional fees based on availability.

No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the cancellation request is processed.

  • Refunds for charges related to damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the original payment if applicable.

Exceptions

  • In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Coastal Castle RV Lot Rentals.
